Species are now loaded from file. Split species with current Entity hierarchy. Species are now factory for all Entity class. Removed attack implementation as ability were added.

Swaped CharacterIDListFilter with the corresponding Functionnal Interface UnaryOperator<List<Integer>>

Added a guard to the package initialiser of "effects" and "abilities": Prints a warning if some EffectKey or AbilityKey are not registered in the corresponding factory

Modified Igniter_Main so that it initialises the packages "abilities" and "effects" to detect as early as possible uncorrect ability/effect definition

Factory pattern implemented for Abilities + Lots of exception throws added for protecting against uncorrect ability definitions

- EffectGenerators can now asks for int values as additional parameters
- EffectKey now has a field containing the aforementioned nb of int parameters asked by the EffectGenerator they are bound to
- Adapted Factory pattern implemented for Effects
