Pros:
- Django admin no longer displays duration as an amount of money
- no need to reinvent the wheel for durations

Cons:
- need to figure figure out how to display time as [DDD] not [DDD HH:MM:SS]
Still better than [D.DD €] either way...

There are places where 'member' is still used, but they only are
in places where the person happens to indeed be a member (i.e. in
the fields of Membership or Organization)

Done:
- rename models
- add member-only products (membership is accessible to everyone, other
  products are only for members)

**NOT** done:
- rename fields and methods
