anonymize more data

bleizi requested to merge better_anonymization into master

anonymize more data (mail, name, tel, IP, gender, birth date, health issues...)

add verbosity

add a --type flag to choose type of data to anonymize : WEI (gender, birth date, health issues, emergency contact; could be use in production), user (all data visible by not-admin or trez BDE users), all (previous data and invoice, special transaction, log, mailer and oauth)
