Parser simplification

Other issues suggest the addition of more syntactic sugar to the language. While proost provides no custom syntax declaration for the moment, it is still of interest to make its addition relatively easy, for issues like #99.

This issue aims at slightly modifying the parser for that purpose. It may also suggest some syntax changes so as to provide more uniformity.
