[base-files] failsafe-mode: print short help on commandline Like mentioned in ticket https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/11911 this should make the IRC much quieter. Failsafe is somehow special and even experienced users are helpless, because they are not used to this seldom situation. Fix sysupgrade to determine the correct boot block device to use if /proc/cmdline contains a PARTUUID root. Change the preinit move_config() hook to use the UUID scanning code from sysupgrade in order to avoid code duplication. Signed-off-by:

The Makefile for binutils creates a broken symlink to "binutils-linaro" in "trunk/build_dir/toolchain-<target>_gcc-4.9-linaro_uClibc-0.9.33.2". Modify the Makefile to point the symlink to the correct directory. Signed-off-by:
