replace all occurences of LINUX_VERSION with the cleaner approach. future kernel upgrades must mostly touch only one file. the only platform left is netlogic, because it uses a intermediate kernel 3.14.16 Signed-off-by:

Changeset r43017 reworked the ipkg control metadata generation but broke the export of conffiles, postinst and prerm defines. Change the code back to rely on shvar and shexport, this is required to properly output multiline contents. Signed-off-by:
