Fix ValueMax validation and improve error messages for username format 


Closes #295
New translation strings
Check that ValueMax is >= 1
Show details if error in advanced settings
Correctly show error message for ValueMax
Make email field an email one
Make username, email (if smtp of course) and title required html inputs
