Delete cas
The CAS support was not pertinent for our use:
- We mostly use OAuth for integration with bde services in other but similar use case.
- It did not seems complete
- Added an unnecessary dependency. However, I will look into optional binding with a nk20 account through OAuth to simplify payment both for users and treasurers.
