Delete cas

aeltheos requested to merge mediatek/site-kwei:delete_cas into master

The CAS support was not pertinent for our use:

  • We mostly use OAuth for integration with bde services in other but similar use case.
  • It did not seems complete
  • Added an unnecessary dependency. However, I will look into optional binding with a nk20 account through OAuth to simplify payment both for users and treasurers.
